We understand that affordability is a factor in choosing orthodontic care.
For this reason, we offer a complimentary consultation to review your individual needs and concerns. Once a treatment plan has been established, we will explain the different financial arrangement options available to you.
If you have insurance that covers any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. The majority of dental insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from the dental insurance coverage. Remember that insurance policies vary.
We will gladly file with any PPO policy, and are a preferred provider for the following networks:
- Connection Dental
- Delta Dental
- United Concordia
Remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and/or your child and is a contract between you and your employer. We will submit your orthodontic claims for you on your behalf, however, this process does not guarantee remittance of benefits. Additionally, if, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is responsible for the remaining insurance balance, in addition to all scheduled payments, when due.
It is important that you contact us immediately if your insurance benefits change for any reason.
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage, or ideas about how we can make your entire orthodontic experience a pleasant one.
